Registration Categories
Author: Making an oral presentation of the paper, which will be published.
Presenter: Making an oral presentation at the conference without paper publishing.
Listener: Participating in the conference as a non-presenter, without presentation or paper publication.
* The non-presenting audience will have the chance to not only listen to keynote speeches and insights from top speakers, but also to share their own ideas during the Q&A sessions. Furthermore, attendees will be exposed to numerous networking opportunities with both corporate and academic leaders.
Terms of Responsibility
1. Hotel accommodation and transportation costs are not included in the registration fee.
2. The payer shall bear any service fees charged by the remitting bank (if there are any).
3. The organizing committee is not responsible for situations beyond our control, such as weather, campus conditions, travel disruptions, visa issues, or health concerns.
4. For the safety of participants and their belongings, attendees are required to wear name cards to be allowed entry to the conference.
Invitation Letter
1. The Invitation Letter (issued by our organization) serves as proof that your registration application has been accepted by the conference committee.
2. It will be written in English and may assist with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee visa approval.
3. The Invitation Letter will only be issued after your registration and payment have been completed.
4. Your name must appear exactly as it does on your passport. Any discrepancies may lead to delays or visa denial.
Visa
1. The Organizing Committee has no control over the visa application process, nor the decision of the visa adjudicator at the embassy or consulate.
2. If your visa is denied, we cannot influence the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' decision or communicate with them on your behalf.
3. Visa application processing times vary, so we strongly recommend starting your application as early as possible.
